Reflection period and return process
It’s possible that you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Maybe the product didn’t meet your expectations, or you’ve simply changed your mind. No problem – at Calverdam, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you then have another 14 days to return the item. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@calverdam.com. Make sure to return the product – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories.
Please note: if the product is damaged or no longer in its original condition, we may deduct a portion of the refund to cover depreciation. Handle your order with care and ensure it’s properly packaged when sending it back.
